合肥雷科電子科技有限公司成立于2006年4月，現注冊資本1000萬元整，為股份制民營高科技公司。公司研發基地坐落在風景優美的合肥高新技術開發區內，主要從事高功率微波及脈沖功率設備的研發、生產和服務?，F有高功率微波設備、控制通信、通用電源和特種電源四大應用領域，與國內眾多科研院所有著長期緊密的聯系與合作。
公司于2010年通過ISO9000:2008質量體系認證，并于2013年、2016年通過證書升級，建立并實施了質量管理體系，該體系適用于特種電源的研發、生產和服務。
公司目前已取得發明專利兩項，實用新型專利10個，軟件著作權8個。
公司與國內多所名校合作，匯集了國內多名行業專家，具有深厚的微波系統、脈沖功率、特種電源及軍工技術產品研發背景。先后為中科院北京高能所、上海光機所、合肥等離子所、中國科技大學國家同步輻射實驗室、華中科技大學、綿陽工程物理研究院、中電集團第27所、第38所、第54所、上海西門子、合肥通冷等用戶提供相關電源產品。
